Growing Foundations Co. provides general educational information and practical parent resources.

Our Services are designed to support parents and carers who want to learn more about school readiness, everyday development, family routines, and play-based learning.

Purchasing a product, accessing a course, watching a training video, or participating in a community does not create a practitioner-client relationship.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee that using a course, strategy, activity, or resource will result in:

a particular school-readiness outcome

improved behaviour within a set timeframe

admission to a school

the resolution of a concern

any other specific result

Progress may be influenced by many factors, including a child’s age, interests, individual development, family circumstances, and the way resources are used.

Our Services are designed to provide general educational support only.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Where a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and may include a repair, replacement, refund, re-supply of services, or another remedy required by law.

Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be replaced by a business’s own refund policy or contractual wording.

When you purchase Calm, Confident & Capable™, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course materials for the specified course duration: Lifetime access for as long as the course remains available on our platform

You must not:

share login details

allow another household to use your account

copy course videos

record course sessions without permission

download content unless a download option is provided

reproduce worksheets for another family

resell course materials

use the materials for commercial purposes

6. Digital Resources

Digital resources include downloadable products such as:

School Ready Activity Book

When you purchase a digital resource, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the resource within your own household.

You may:

download the resource

print one copy for use within your household

laminate selected pages

prepare reusable activity pieces

use the resource with your own child or children

You must not:

share the digital file with another person

forward the download link

upload the file to another platform

reproduce the resource for another household

resell any part of the resource

distribute printed copies

use the resource in a school, clinic, childcare setting, tutoring business, or commercial service without written permission

modify and republish the resource as your own

A separate professional or organisational licence may be required for use outside your household.

7. Physical Products

Where available, we may offer limited quantities of physical learning kits.

Shipping fees, delivery locations, and estimated dispatch timeframes will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address.

Digital Resources

Because digital resources are delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. No refund will be provided where the digital file has been downloaded after the file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, this does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Physical Products

Any change-of-mind policy for physical products will be explained on the relevant product page.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Some programs may include access to a private parent community.

Community access is intended to provide general educational support and peer connection.

It is not a clinical service.

When participating, you agree to communicate respectfully.

You must not:

harass another member

bully or threaten another person

post unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive content

share another member’s content outside the community

upload harmful files

promote unrelated products or services

provide misleading health claims

use the community to diagnose a child

share sensitive information about another person without permission

Protect your family’s privacy.

Do not post identifying or sensitive information about your child, including:

full name

date of birth
